Texas Itinerary for Barb Laroche - updated with what we actually did

Thursday, February 23 San Marcos and Gruene
Toured the Wittliff Collections at Texas State University
Got brisket and ribs from Hays County BBQ
Had lunch on the front porch at Cascade Trail
Went to Buck Pottery, dinner at The Gristmill, music at Gruene Hall after dinner (Bo Porter)

Friday, February 24 San Antonio
Visited the San Jose Spanish Mission
Had lunch at the Culinary Institute of America at Pearl Brewery
Stopped at big HEB for fresh-made tortillas 
Ate a Friday night supper with CIA bread and rotisserie chicken, topped off with CIA desserts

Saturday, February 25 Wimberley 
Headed to Wimberley via Fulton Ranch Road and Flight Acres Road
Visited Carolyn and Linda's garden
Stopped at Brookshire Brothers to pick up steak for dinner
Saw a demo at the Wimberley Glass Works
Watched the stars come out from the back porch

Sunday, February 26 Austin
Brunched with Meg and Paul at Olivia
Strolled through the Lady Bird Johnson National Wildflower Center
Got charcoal for Don at Whole Foods
Ate at 2409 ... the best food in Austin

Monday, February 27
Had breakfast tacos at Central Market
Dropped Barb off at the airport
